HT Phenotyping Project
The HT Phenotyping Transfer Service enables automated, reliable, and secure synchronization of phenotypic image data to a centralized location.
Step 1: Sign Up
To use the HT Phenotyping service, you must first sign up. You will be asked to log in using your local university ID (through CILogon).
Step 2: Register
Once you have signed up, you can register a new data source. You can do this even if your signup has not been approved yet.
Step 3: Connect
Once your registration has been approved, you can connect your data source to the HT Phenotyping transfer service and begin uploading data.
